Terms and Conditions

1.Advance Payment
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the project and begin work. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.Project Commencement
Work will only begin after the advance payment has been successfully received.

3.Contract Agreement

4.Content Responsibility & Platform Policies
All videos are created according to the client’s requirements. However, platform rules and community guidelines (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) are beyond our control.

5.Video Ban or Removal
If a completed video is banned, removed, or restricted by a platform due to policy or guideline issues, we will provide one replacement video at no additional cost. The replacement will be of similar length and scope. No refunds will be issued for banned or removed videos.

6.Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started, as time and resources are allocated immediately.

7.Revisions
Revisions are provided as agreed in the selected package. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8.Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to client feedback, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.

9.Acceptance of Terms
By signing the contract and/or making the advance payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
